This is a blog site created in association with Heritage and Destiny magazine and the long established Jailing Opinions website.
Your help is urgently needed to assist major projects in defence of historical truth, in the UK and Europe. Research for this blog and for forthcoming books, and campaigns to support free research across Europe – where many activists, publishers and scholars face jail sentences for their opinions – cannot be done without financial backing.

Jailing Opinions was a site created in the late 2000s soon after the jailing of British historian David Irving and the production of the DVD Jailing Opinions by Lady Michèle Renouf. It went on to feature numerous other cases of writers, publishers and even lawyers and priests who were persecuted in European courts – including Professor Robert Faurisson, Ernst Zündel, Horst Mahler, Dr Fredrick Töben and Bishop Richard Williamson.
In 2023 we face an even more determined foe than the one that jailed Ernst Zündel, armed with an even more oppressive range of powers in courts around the world.
And the time has come not only to defend the rights of others to speak out, but to use newly available archive material and other research to explain why the war for historical truth is worth fighting – not only as an academic principle, but as a fundamental element of defending Europe itself.
Much of the material on this blog will relate to a forthcoming book by the blog’s editor and H&D assistant editor Peter Rushton.
We shall also include historic articles from H&D and other journals, including new English translations from the work of Professor Robert Faurisson and other scholars.
And we shall feature contributions by British and European writers such as Isabel Peralta, supplementing their articles for H&D.
